data confirmation for all students
Your Data Confirmation information needs to be brought into the office prior to school starting along with two current proofs of residency, i.e; lease agreement, mortgage statement, utility bills, etc. If you have a Shared Residency Agreement, you will need to complete a new one. Those can be picked up in our office.
Office hours are 9:30AM-1:30PM Mon.-Fri.
If you forgot your password for the Parent Portal, you can click “Forgot Password” and they will email you a link to create a new one.
First day of school August 19, 2019 at 8:15am.
Step-by-Step Data Confirmation
- Click on link here
- Type email
- Type password
- Click on “Login”
- Go to “Student Information” tab at top of the screen
- Scroll to “Data Confirmation”
- You will need to update each of the tabs: ‘Contacts’; ‘Medical Information’; ‘Authorizations’.
- Click on “Contacts” tab.
- Click on the name of each contact and review.
- Press “change” to update or change. Click “add” if you would like to add another contact.
- Click on “Medical Information” tab. Update and “save”
- Click “Authorizations and Prohibitions” tab.
- Click “Allow/Accept” for “yes.” And “Deny/Decline” for “no.” (every field needs to have a check)
- Click “Save”
- Click on “Final Data Confirmation.”
- Check on all the boxes: Student Demographics, Contacts, Medical Information, Auth. &Prohib.
- Click “Save”
- Click “Print New Emergency Card.”
- Click on “View Report” and print.
- You will bring this print out to your child’s school along with 2 proofs of residency.

new student registration 2019-2020
Online Registration for the 2019-2020 School Year
In order to enroll in Kindergarten for the 2019-2020 school year, Senate Bill 1381 requires that a child must have his/her fifth birthday on or before September 1, 2019.
The following documents must be submitted at the time of registration in order to complete the process.
- COMPLETED REGISTRATION - PRINTED, SIGNED, AND DATED
- STUDENT’S BIRTH CERTIFICATE
- COMPLETE STUDENT IMMUNIZATION RECORDS
- TWO CURRENT PROOFS OF RESIDENCE
If you rent your home/room and do not have two proofs in your name, you must have a

Student account will be assigned a 'Parent Portal' at the time of registration via email. This 'Parent Portal' can be used by parent to update student's information, email teacher, and complete a Data Confirmation. You will need to complete a 'Data Confirmation' every year in August to register for the year.

The purpose of this survey is to obtain parent perceptions about the school. Your participation is voluntary and also very important. The information you provide will help guide district and school efforts to promote safety, enhance learning supports, and improve student achievement. Survey will be open for one month.
This is an anonymous survey. It is designed so that no one can be identified from the data. You do not have to respond to any questions that you feel could be used to identify you. Simply skip any such questions. All questions apply to this school only. The results are for the use of your district. The California Department of Education and WestEd will preserve data confidentiality and refer any data requests to the district.

The Christa McAuliffe Butterfly Habitat and Vegetable Garden NEEDS YOU!!!
We are busy with spring planting! Volunteers are needed to come before or after school one day each week to help students water in the garden! It could be when you drop off your child in the morning or when you pick up in the afternoon. Volunteers will be given everything needed! Please be our “Garden Angels”! Come help us grow the gardens to be ready for the butterflies returning and the vegetable harvest!
